- You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Condition for Returns

This means the product should be free of any significant damage, and all components, including any replacement filters or accessories, should be included. The item must also be returned in its original packaging. We understand that you may have used the product, but it should still be in a condition that allows it to be resold.
Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
